S.C. Code Ann. § 40-18-150

Violation of chapter; penalty

2000 Act No. 372, Section 1.

A person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than five thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
