§ 4-29-120

S.C. Code Ann. § 4-29-120

Bonds deemed to be legal investments

It shall be lawful for all executors, administrators, guardians, committees and other fiduciaries to invest any moneys in their hands in bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter.
