An insurer ceding reinsurance to the Facility on automobile insurance policies shall receive credit by way of deduction from its unearned premium liability as calculated in accordance with Section 38-9-170. However, reinsurance with the Facility may not be deducted for purposes of the limitations-of-risk provisions of Section 38-55-30.
