S.C. Code Ann. § 38-77-400

Underwriting restrictions provided upon request of director

Effective Apr 12, 20212021 Act No. 13 (H.3585), Section 2, eff April 12, 2021.

Upon request of the director, an insurer must provide a listing of underwriting restrictions. These restrictions do not require approval of the director or his designee and are not public information.
