An insurer shall provide upon the request of the director a listing of underwriting restrictions. These restrictions do not require approval of the director or his designee and are not public information.

Effect of Amendment

2021 Act No. 13, Section 9, in the first sentence, substituted "provide upon the request of the director a listing of underwriting restrictions" for "provide the director each year a listing of underwriting restrictions based upon geography and also provide notice of new changes to current underwriting restrictions".
