§ 38-26-30

S.C. Code Ann. § 38-26-30

Insurers to which chapter applies

The provisions of this chapter apply to:

  1. (1) domestic insurers;
  2. (2) an insurer doing business in this State whose state of domicile has asked the director or his designee to apply the provisions of this chapter as regards the insurer.
