S.C. Code Ann. § 38-19-1050
Limit of amount insurance
1893 Act No. 462, Section 6.
The aggregate amount of insurance by said corporation shall not be less than ($25,000) twenty-five thousand dollars nor more than ($1,000,000) one million dollars.
