Section effective upon the later of June 9, 2017 or publication in the State Register of final regulations implementing 2016 Act No. 266.

The commissioner may consult and cooperate with other state money services regulators in enforcing and administering this act. They jointly may pursue examinations and take other official action that they are otherwise empowered to take.
