S.C. Code Ann. § 31-10-160

Availability of commission's books, records, bylaws, rules, and regulations for public inspection; annual report of commission's activities

1984 Act No. 451, SECTION 17.
  1. (a) The books and records of a commission are at all times open and subject to inspection by the public.
  2. (b) A copy of all bylaws and rules and regulations and amendments thereto adopted by it, from time to time, must be filed with the commission and be open for public inspection.
  3. (c) At least once each year a report of its activities for the preceding year and such other reports as may be required by the municipality shall be made.
