1. (A) It is unlawful for any person to give a false or fictitious name or address, or to give the name or address of any other person without that person's approval, for the purpose of obtaining or attempting to obtain a refund from a business establishment for merchandise.
2. (B) Any person who violates the provisions of subsection (A) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed thirty days.
