Sale of bonds upon terms and conditions set by State Fiscal Accountability Authority
Effective Jul 1, 19921992 Act No. 515, SECTION 5, eff July 1, 1992.
The bonds must be sold at public or private sale upon terms and conditions as the State Fiscal Accountability Authority considers advisable.
