Notice of governing bodies' actions; call for election

Effective Sep 2, 19921992 Act No. 515, SECTION 1, eff September 1, 1992; 1992 Act No. 518, SECTION 1, eff September 2, 1992.

The governing body of each county shall thereupon cause notice of its action to be published for three successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county which shall state:

  1. (a) the results of its action;
  2. (b) the extent to which bonds of the authority are to be issued and the method to be provided for their payment;
  3. (c) whether or not an election shall be ordered in the authority upon the question of the issuance of bonds of the authority.
