Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the following terms, when used in this article, have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

1. (1) "Authority" means the State Fiscal Accountability Authority.
2. (2) "Executive director" means the Executive Director for the Division of Aeronautics.
3. (3) "Division" means the Division of Aeronautics.
4. (4) "Commission" means the Aeronautics Commission.

Code Commissioner's Note

At the direction of the Code Commissioner, reference in this section to the former Budget and Control Board in (1) was changed to the State Fiscal Accountability Authority, pursuant to the directive of the South Carolina Restructuring Act, 2014 Act No. 121, Section 5(D)(1).

Effect of Amendment

The 2012 amendment substituted "'Board' for 'Department'" and "Budget and Control Board" for "Department of Commerce" in subsection (1).
