Approval of guidelines

Effective Jul 1, 20152007 Act No. 83, Section 8.E; 2007 Act No. 110, Section 4.E; 2007 Act No. 116, Section 2.E; 2014 Act No. 121 (S.22), Pt VII, Section 20.J.3, eff July 1, 2015.

Any guideline issued by the authority pursuant to this chapter must be approved by the State Fiscal Accountability Authority.

Effect of Amendment
