Each solicitor and the administering county shall, not later than sixty days following the close of the county fiscal year, file a statement with the State Auditor reflecting the purposes and amounts for which expenditures were made.

The State Auditor shall examine the revenues and expenditures of any solicitor to determine compliance with the provisions of Sections 1-7-406 through 1-7-408.
