6.1 Purpose

The purpose of this Part is to formally establish the number of News Photographer registration plates that may be issued to an individual.

6.2 Scope

These regulations apply to all applications for the issuance of News Photographer registration plates.

6.3 Authority

These rules and regulations are adopted pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-2-4.

6.4 Issuance of News Photographer Registration Plates

Only one set of News Photographer registration plates may be issued to an individual that is a staff news photographer.
