1. (1) All lines of life insurance and health insurance;
2. (2) All lines of property and casualty insurance; and
3. (3) All other lines of insurance for which an examination is required for licensing.

This chapter applies to resident and nonresident persons licensed to engage in the sale of the following lines of insurance:
