1. (a) The Secretary may authorize the sale of traditional lottery products through iLottery and for purchase using a lottery account.
2. (b) Traditional lottery products delivered through a lottery account may be delivered to a registered iLottery player electronically or in a form and manner determined by the Bureau.
3. (c) Traditional lottery products offered through iLottery are governed by applicable regulations and corresponding notices published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, unless otherwise noted by the Bureau in the notice for the applicable traditional lottery product.
