1. (1) The civil penalty provisions become effective on the following dates:

   1. (a) The civil penalty provisions of ORS 652.710 for violations of 652.710(1) are effective September 29, 1991;
   2. (b) The civil penalty provisions of ORS 652.710 for violations of 652.710(3) are effective July 1, 1992.
2. (2) The notification requirements of ORS 652.710(3) are effective July 1, 1992.
3. (3) The provisions of ORS 652.710(1) have been effective since June 14, 1941.
