1. (1) Advertising of fluid milk products shall be deemed to be false if it is false or misleading in any particular;
2. (2) Advertising of fluid milk products as to price shall include quantity and the standard of identity name set forth in OAR 603-024-0017;
3. (3) Advertising of fluid milk products as to nutritional claims shall include the standard of identity name set forth in OAR 603-024-0017; and
4. (4) Violation of this section shall be deemed to be false advertising under ORS 616.060.
