Contractors or subcontractors must follow the rules and procedures in OAR 581-015-2400 through 581-015-2445 for discipline of children with disabilities age three through the age of eligibility for public school with the following definition exceptions:

1. (1) "General curriculum" means appropriate activities engaged in by typical children of the same age;
2. (2) "IEP" means IFSP; and
3. (3) "Day" means calendar days excluding weekends, holidays, and ECSE program vacation days.
4. (4) "School district" means contractors or subcontractors.
