Wages include, but are not limited to:
- (1) Commission or a guaranteed wage;
- (2) Compensatory pay;
- (3) Dismissal or separation allowances;
- (4) Holiday pay;
- (5) Paid time off;
- (6) Sick pay;
- (7) Stand-by pay;
- (8) Tips or gratuities; and
- (9) Vacation pay.
