1. (1) If a licensee intends to operate a branch office from which it will service Oregon loans or that will be located in Oregon, the licensee shall obtain a license for the branch office prior to servicing loans from the branch office by submitting the licensing fee specified in OAR 441-890-0040 and submitting a Form MU3 to the NMLS.
2. (2) Upon satisfaction of the requirements listed in section (1), if the company’s license is in good standing and the director is satisfied that the branch application is complete, the director shall issue a separate branch office license.
