1. (1) A debt buyer licensed under these rules must display its NMLS number on:

   1. (a) All advertising materials;
   2. (b) Written communications, or communications that are otherwise reduced to writing, with debtors and otherwise used in the licensee’s business;
   3. (c) Promotions; and
   4. (d) Websites and social media.
2. (2) The NMLS number must be displayed in a reasonable location and font size.
