1. (1) As authorized by ORS 709.030(4)(g), an exemption from trust company certificate of authority requirements under 709.005(1) is hereby created for any person appointed as a personal representative, trustee or conservator by a court of competent jurisdiction, provided that the court requires the person to post a bond suitable to the size of the estate for which the appointment is made.
2. (2) As authorized by ORS 709.030(4)(g), an exemption from trust company certificate of authority requirements under 709.005(1) is hereby created for any person appointed as a Personal Representative, as defined in 111.005, or as a Special Administrator as described in 113.005, by a court of competent jurisdiction.
