Representation - Legal Fees

- A. A party to an arbitration proceeding may be represented by a lawyer.
- B. Each party shall be responsible for payment of his or her legal fees incurred during arbitration, except as provided for in Section 321 of this title.
- C. The employee's attorney may not recover legal fees in excess of the limits described in Section 82 of this title.
