Fee for Copies - Deposit of Penalties and Fines

- A. Persons requesting and receiving copies of documents on file with the Workers' Compensation Commission shall pay a fee to the Commission of One Dollar ($1.00) for each page copied. All fees so collected shall be deposited in the State Treasury in the Workers' Compensation Commission Revolving Fund.
- B. All penalties and fines imposed by the Commission, upon collection, shall be deposited to the credit of the Workers' Compensation Commission Revolving Fund.
