Proof of Prior Adjudication

- A. If, in the course of a litigated proceeding, a party desires to establish the fact of a prior adjudication either by the State Industrial Court, the Workmen's Compensation Court or by the Workers' Compensation Court, the proof thereof shall be made by offering a certified copy of the "judgment roll", rather than by offering the Court's case file. For purposes of this rule, the judgment roll shall consist of: (1) the notice of claim form (Form 3, 3A, 3B, 3E or 3F) and (2) the orders and awards made in the case.
- B. Any other part of the case file in a previously adjudicated claim shall be offered in a similar manner.
