Okla. Stat. tit. 85, § 80
B. In case of disobedience of any person to comply with the order of the Workers' Compensation Court, the judge of the district court of the county in which the person resides, or of the county in which such hearing is being conducted, on application of a judge of the Workers' Compensation Court, shall compel obedience by attachment proceedings as for contempt, pursuant to Sections 393 and 396 of Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
