Okla. Stat. tit. 85, § 384
There is hereby created a petty cash fund within the State Insurance Fund. Said petty cash fund shall be in such amounts as are determined to be necessary by the Director of State Finance and the Commissioner of the State Insurance Fund. Petty cash funds may be expended for the payment of emergency purchases and bills. The said funds may be reimbursed by the Director of State Finance upon the filing of a claim with the proper receipts showing the disbursements therefrom, reimbursement to be made from the revolving fund. The Director of State Finance shall prescribe all forms, systems and procedures for administering the petty cash fund.
