A. The Board of Managers of CompSource Oklahoma shall appoint a Commissioner, who shall be executive manager of CompSource Oklahoma.
B. All references in the Oklahoma Statutes to the State Insurance Fund Commissioner or the Commissioner of the State Insurance Fund shall be deemed references to the Commissioner of CompSource Oklahoma.
