The Director of Public Affairs shall appoint and fix the duties and compensation of a Surplus Property Agent. The Purchasing Division of the Office of Public Affairs shall purchase for the Surplus Property Agent a bond payable to the State of Oklahoma in the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties.
