Availability of Resident College Credit Courses and Programs to Woodward

- A. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall make resident college credit courses and programs available to the people of Woodward.
- B. The State Regents for Higher Education shall provide classes and programs through a campus of Northwestern Oklahoma State University, which shall be established and located in Woodward. The campus at Woodward of Northwestern Oklahoma State University shall be governed by the Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges and administered through Northwestern Oklahoma State University. The Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges may provide resources to branch campuses of Northwestern Oklahoma State University to maintain its facilities in accordance with its function and mission as provided by law.
