It is the intent of the Legislature that the State Regents continue to study and determine the feasibility of establishing a statewide joint system to make use of the above services in all colleges, municipal or community junior colleges and vocational-technical schools in Oklahoma, or make use of the above services in any one of such colleges upon proper agreement.
