Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 6-201
During the 2012 Session, the Legislature passed two enactments affecting this section. Laws 2012, HB 3079, c. 304, § 599, amended § 6-201 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes to read as follows: Effective for the 1998 fiscal year, the State Board of Education, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, the State Board of Career and Technology Education and the Oklahoma Commission for Teacher Preparation shall annually prepare a joint funding plan for submission by September 1 of each year to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services and the Legislature which reflects the estimated state costs for the fiscal year of the entire teacher education, assessment, licensure and certification, residency and professional development system. The plan shall provide for the utilization of all financial resources from federal, state, local, and private sources and shall provide for the coordination of those resources to fund any related services. The individual components of the plan, as they relate to individual agencies, shall be incorporated annually into each affected agency's budget request in accordance with the provisions of Section 34.36 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
