- A. The Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission and the Director of Aeronautics and staff are hereby transferred to the Department of Transportation. The Commission and Director shall continue to exercise their statutory powers. All existing statutes pertaining to the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission, in Title 3, Oklahoma Statutes, shall continue to be in full force and effect.
