Okla. Stat. tit. 66, § 100
Any officer, agent or representative of any corporation, or receiver operating any line of railroad, in whole or in part, within this state who shall violate the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor shall be punished by a fine of not less than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for such offense, or by confinement in the county jail for not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Provided, that the venue of all suits originating under the provisions of this act shall be in the county where the station about which the suit occurs is located.
