Notwithstanding any other section of law, the Chief Information Officer may allow a public agency to utilize state technology contracts duly awarded by this state under The Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act. For the purposes of this section the term "public agency" means a government agency recognized as a state or local government agency in its state of origin.
