The Information Services Division of the Office of State Finance shall, at the end of each month, render a statement of charges to all state agencies to which it has furnished processing services for the direct costs of theData Service Center of the Division. In total, the charges shall not exceed the direct costs of the Data Service Center of the Division. Systems analysts and programming services costs shall be recovered directly from the agency for which the service was rendered, as agreed to by that agency, and shall not be prorated to agencies not receiving such services. All amounts so collected shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the General Revenue Fund.
