Acceptable Measures and Training Provided

A. The Office of State Finance and the Joint Legislative Committee on Budget and Program Oversight shall work with each state agency to determine acceptable measures of program output, outcome, unit cost, and cost-effectiveness for use in the agency's plan.
B. The Office of Personnel Management is authorized to provide training or other services to state agencies pursuant to this act.
