Prior to January 1, 1980, a report on the lighting power budget for every building subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Lighting Energy Conservation Act shall be prepared and maintained by the individual responsible for building management and made available on request to the local governmental entity responsible for enforcement. This report shall indicate compliance or provide an implementation plan for compliance in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Lighting Energy Conservation Act. The report shall be made on lighting power audit forms available from the Office of Public Affairs.
