A. COMMISSIONER'S REPORTS - CONTENTS. The Commissioner shall report to the Governor annually. His report shall be a public document, of which there shall be printed not to exceed one thousand (1,000) copies. It shall include:
- (1) The text of all rules and regulations of general application of the Board and Commissioner, adopted, altered or repealed since his last previous report.
- (2) Recommendations for legislation.
- (3) A statement of the status and remaining assets and liabilities of each state bank and trust company in the possession of the Commissioner.
- (4) A summary of all changes occurring since his last previous report by reason of opening or closing state banks or trust companies, mergers and conversions, increases and decreases in capital and the like.
- (5) Statement of Department income and expenses.
- (6) A report on such other matters as the Commissioner deems advisable.
- B. COPIES FURNISHED TO LEGISLATURE AND OKLAHOMA PUBLISHING CLEARING HOUSE. Copies of the annual reports not previously so submitted shall be submitted to the Legislature at the opening of each regular session and twenty-five (25) copies shall be furnished to the Oklahoma Publishing Clearing House.
