The members of the organization shall be all persons now entitled to practice dentistry in this state. Provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to prohibit the suspension or revocation of license or imposition of disciplinary measures on members thereof for causes now existing and existing at the time of the effective date of this act.
