There is hereby constituted an organization to be known as "the Registered Dentists of Oklahoma", hereinafter designated as "the organization", which shall have a seal and may sue and be sued, and which may, for the purpose of carrying into effect and promoting the objects of said organization, employ independent attorneys; may seek the advice and assistance of the Attorney General's office of the State of Oklahoma, inspectors, and investigators for the purpose of advising and assisting it in the enforcement of this act; may enter into contracts; and may acquire, hold, encumber and dispose of such real and personal property as is necessary thereto.
