Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 199.13
The Board may dispense with examination of applicants as provided in this act and may grant a certificate of registration as provided in this act in all cases where such applicants have complied with the requirements of another state, territory or foreign country, or province, (and hold a current license therefrom) wherein the requirements for registration are substantially equal to those in force in this state at the time of filing application for such certificate, or upon due proof that such applicant has continuously engaged in the practices or occupation for which a license is applied for at least five (5) years immediately prior to such application and upon the payment of a fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00). Payment of the reciprocity fee shall also constitute payment of the first annual license fee.
