1. A. Each year, every dealer, on or before each December 1, shall pay the Administrator Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each license held by him as the annual fee for the succeeding calendar year. If not renewed, expiration shall occur on December 31 of the year in which the annual fee has been paid.
2. B. Each year, every employee, on or before December 1, shall pay the Administrator Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for the license held by him as the annual fee for the succeeding calendar year. If not renewed, expiration shall occur on December 31 of the year in which the annual fee has been paid.
