Issuance of License - License Without Examination

The Board may issue a license pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act:
- 1. To a qualified applicant who has successfully passed the examination prescribed by the Board and who has paid the fee required by the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act; or
- 2. Upon application to the Board and payment of the fees required by the rules and regulations of the Board promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act, to any person who is a diplomat of the American Board of Professional Psychology, or who is licensed as a psychologist by a state with which the Board has established a formal written agreement of reciprocity.
