Each member of the Board shall be a citizen of the United States and a resident of this state. The members of the Board who are psychologists shall be licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act. No member of the Board may succeed himself. However, a member may be reappointed after a period of four (4) years following the termination of his previous appointment.
