Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 1304
Each bail bondsman license issued shall expire biennially at 12:00 o'clock midnight on the last day of the birth month of the bondsman, unless revoked or suspended prior thereto by the Insurance Commissioner, or upon notice served upon the Commissioner that the insurer or employer of any bail bondsman has canceled the licensee's authority to act for such insurer or employer.
