No provision of this law shall be construed as prohibiting any person, whether or not he may be licensed under the provisions of this law, and who is in fact a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, from continuing to use the title, Member, Academy of Certified Social Workers, and the abbreviation, ACSW.
